Adhesion procedure : ウィキペディア英語版 | Adhesion procedure
Adhesion procedure, adhesive procedure or ancillary proceedings is a procedure through which a court of law can rule on compensation for the victim of a criminal offense. Rather than pursuing damages in a separate civil action, the victim files a civil claim against the offender as a part of a criminal trial. This system exists in some civil law jurisdictions, including Austria,〔http://www.lefoe.at/tl_files/lefoe/Study_Compensation_Austria%204.pdf〕 the Czech Republic,〔http://is.muni.cz/th/108097/pravf_m/〕 Germany,〔http://www.unafei.or.jp/english/pdf/RS_No56/No56_12VE_Siegismund1.pdf〕 the Netherlands,〔http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=1698123〕 and Slovakia. ==Sources==
